Block C is like B but with the colours reversed.

Clue clarified - Mystery Quilt Part 2

Hi everyone,
A member has asked about square C2, which is the centre square in Block A . The cutting instructions called for a 4 1/2 inch square in medium fabric, but did not label that square. So, you guessed it, that is the "missing" C2.

MAYFLOWER QUILT GUILD MYSTERY QUILT

(Please note: we are having some technical difficulties with the blog. Here are the instructions, but the block diagrams are missing until the blog decides to behave. Hopefully the diagrams will be available by Tuesday, Oct 26. )

Chapter Two

Block A: Make One
* Sew E1 triangles to opposite sides of the center square
C2, press.
* Add the remaining E1 triangles to the
other sides of center square and press.
* Add F2 triangles in the same manner.

Block B: Make Two
Begin piecing B3 to B1 triangles.
* Sew to A2 squares.
* Sew H1 to H3.
* Continue as shown in Block B diagram.

Block C: Make Two
* Piece this block as directed
for Block B. The only difference is the color placement.
