Mystery Quilt sample fabric choices

I thought it would be useful for you to have some sample fabric choices for the mystery quilt to help guide you in your selections. I know the finished design (mwhahaha) and chose the fabrics to showcase it (at least, in my opinion and to my tastes!) But first, allow me to introduce my assistant for this project. This is Dorey, my Cavalier King Charles spaniel. Don't let those big sweet brown eyes fool you ... she should be named Dennis the Menace! Posted by Hello

Blue,gold,yellow sample

Blue background, gold as the dark and pale yellow as the light, with a gold border. Posted by Hello

Black, red and white sample

Black background, red as the dark and white/black as the light. Red border. This would also work well using the white as the background and black and red as the dark and light. Posted by Hello

Purple and pink sample

Dark purple background, flowered dark and pale pink light. Flowered border. Posted by Hello

White and green sample

White background with green as the dark and flowered as the light. The border will use the green. Posted by Hello

Good evening everyone!
We are your current Executive, sitting around a boardroom table making important decisions on your behalf.
Shh, stop laughing ladies. We have hammered out the library policy and, the most important of all, decided who is providing the treats for break time at the September meeting.
